You'll be sent a package to get started. This will include a consent form with a description of the important details related to the therapy/coaching process; helpful tips for virtual therapy; and an intake form to complete. I respectfully ask that any forms are completed 24 hours in advance of the first session.
The first session is really about getting to know each other. We’ll chat about what brought you here, any history or diagnoses that feel important to share, and what you might want out of therapy — even if you’re not totally sure yet (lots of people aren’t, and that’s okay).
We’ll also figure out what kind of rhythm or schedule makes sense for you moving forward. It’s a starting point — no pressure to have it all figured out. Just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
